Warranty information for all of our brands can be found below.

Please Note: We aim to help with spare parts or replacement products where possible. Each brand has it's own policy which varies depending on the product. In general these are manufacturer's warranties which cover any manufacturing faults or defects and does not apply to misuse, abuse, improper assembly, crashes, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

If your customer has an issue that you suspect is a genuine manufacturing fault and the item is within the time frame outlined in the relevant brand's policy (see links below), please email :

We don't like dealing with warranty cases either, so please include the following to help us resolve the case as quickly as possible:
- Product brand, model name, SKU number
- Copy of Receipt showing date of sale
- Description of the issue
- Good quality images
